1. USE OF OUR ONLINE STORE

  • Find the product(s) you want on our website
  • Select the choice you require and press add to cart
  • Once you’ve added all of the items you require to your basket, select checkout option
  • You will be asked to input your shipping & billing details
  • Review your order to ensure all items & details are correct
  • Confirm you agree to our Terms of Service and place the order
  • You will then receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at the time of ordering

The content of the sales contract that Terms of Service represent can be saved with "Print" and "Save as" functions of your browser. The contract can be concluded in English or Slovenian language.

All information you provide placing an order will be processed according to our Privacy Policy available here.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Payments with credit cards,
  • Payments through Paypal.

Our online store works on a direct-to-consumer basis. Sales to legal entities through our online store is not yet available as the invoices cannot be issued to legal entities.

3. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY

All orders made on our website are dispatched from Slovenia. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in dispatch confirmation emails.

The prices on our online store do not include possible costs of shipping and additional duties. The shipping cost and duties are calculated in the cart according to your information provided. At the final step of the buying process there is a review of the prices with the total amount to be paid, divided into product price, possible added taxes and shipping cost. 

The estimated delivery time is available to the buyer together with the final price at the end of the order process.

4. RETURN AND REFUNDS

All* EU orders have the possibility to change or return the products bought in 14 days from receiving them. The products need to be unused and undamaged. After returning the product, we can ship you a different product, give you a credit for future purchases or refund you.

The cost of returning the purchased products is covered by the buyer.

*There is no refund possible for gifts and products made to order following your specific measures or custom embroidery.
*There is no refund possible for orders sent to customers outside European Union.

Consumer dispute resolution

We value our customers and do everything in our power to make your experience with us great. With any problems or reservations you may have regarding us doing business with you, please contact us at hello@lagodie.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Although we sincerely hope it does not come to such lenghts, but in case of a dispute, Lagodie d.o.o does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider. Online resolution of consumer disputes is possible via the European Union website at the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=SL.
