Shipping

We offer FREE Worldwide Delivery for all orders over 200€.

The company offers three types of delivery -  for Slovenia, continental Europe and the rest of the world. The cost and estimated delivery time is calculated according to your delivery address and is shown to the customer when placing the order.

FREE Domestic: for orders over 150€
Standard Domestic: 4,90€ (1-2 business days)


FREE EU: for orders over 300€
Standard EU: 14,90€ (1-14 business days)
Express EU: 34,90€ (1-5 business days)

FREE World: for orders over 500€
Standard World: 35,90€ (7-45 business days)
Express World: 49,90€ (2-9 business days)

For orders shipped outside of European Union, we charge a flat fee of 100€ for Import Processing. In case the package is returned to the sender, both import and shipping expenses are still covered by the buyer.

Your order will be pocessed and shipped within 5 working days.

* In addition to the delivery address, we also need the recipient's telephone number for the needs of a fast and efficient delivery service.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy for all orders within European Union, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and exchange for another product, a credit for a future purchase or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged. The cost of returning the purchased products is covered by the buyer.

How to return a product:

  1. Within 14 days from delivery notify us by email you would like to exchange or refund your purchase.
  2. After submitting the information, you will receive a refund code to your e-mail address, which must be written on the package together with your data.
  3. After submitting your request to withdraw from the contract, send the package with the unwanted product to our address: LAGODIE d.o.o., Vandotova ulica 61, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

    We advise you to send the package by registered mail with a confirmation of shipment, so that it will be possible to resolve your complaint even in the event of a lost package, based on the delivery confirmation via the tracking number.

  4. As soon as we receive your package and complaint, a credit or new product is sent in exchange or we will refund the purchase within 8 working days. In order to ensure the certainty and accuracy of the return and the records of payments, the refund to the customer is made exclusively by transfer to their transaction account.


Products for which a refund is not possible or is limited:

  • Products made to order according to your desired measurements,
  • Products personalized with embroidery according to your wishes,
  • Set oz. set of products - partial return of products from a set is possible only if they are in stock as such,
  • Gift - no complaint is possible for products you receive as a gift.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
